Design Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer with a strong background in machine design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing machines, and should be well-versed in using modern design software and methodologies. You will be responsible for developing innovative designs that meet our clients' specifications and improve overall machine performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop machinery for various industrial applications.
2. Create detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks,Solid Edge AutoCAD, etc.).
3. Perform design calculations and select appropriate materials.
4. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
5. Conduct testing and troubleshooting on prototypes and finished machines.
6. Optimize existing machine designs for better efficiency and performance.
7. Provide technical documentation including drawings, manuals, and bills of materials.
8. Ensure designs meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
9. Experience in stress analysis, FEA, and design optimization.
10. Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical components.
11. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
12. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience:

1) Previous experience in designing industrial machines similar to those offered by Techno Industries.
2) Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, or automated systems.
3) Knowledge of ISO standards and CE certifications.
